1. Acceptance

By using Baldurion (the "Site"), you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

2. Permitted use

• Reading published content freely
• Sharing links to articles on social media or private messaging
• Quoting short excerpts in other contexts provided you attribute the source
• Contacting the operator for coaching services or enquiries

3. Prohibited use

• Reproducing complete articles on other sites without explicit permission
• Reverse engineering the site code
• Attempting to access non-public areas of the Site
• Using content to train AI models without explicit permission
• Impersonating the author or the Baldurion brand

4. Coaching services

If you contract personal coaching services, a specific agreement will be established before starting. Conditions, pricing, payment methods and duration are agreed individually. You have a 14-day withdrawal right under the EU digital services directive, except where the service has already started with your explicit consent.

5. Modifications

The operator may modify these terms. Significant changes will be announced on the site home. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.

6. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Polish law and, where applicable, by European consumer and GDPR regulations.
